2024 Construction & Facilities Department Summer Helper @ Maintenance Department

Required:

Valid Texas issued ID/TDL
Social Security Card (student Visa are not eligible for work)
Birth Certificate

Must be 16 years of age or older

Primary Purpose:

To ensure the smooth operation of the Construction & Facilities Department

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Project file archiving/storage

• Copying/faxing/filing/scanning of project files

• Utilize approved naming and filing conventions to ensure project data is accurately filed and maintained

• Ability to work individually or in a team environment

• Assist other personnel as needed

• Perform all other duties assigned by immediate Supervisor and/or Director of Construction

• Report to the Director of Construction and Facilities

Work Conditions:

• Maintain emotional control under stress.

• Moderate irregular hours.

• Works with frequent interruptions.

• Preparation of materials may involve the packing, moving and lifting of equipment and supplies.

• Continuous walking and standing

Pay Rate:

High School Student/Diploma: $12.00

College Student (completed 24 hrs): $13.50

Degreed/Adult (21+): $15.00

CTE Intern: $15.00
